What connecting an account actually authorises Evolamate to do:
Facebook (Page) and Instagram
Publish content and images you have specifically approved to that Page, at your scheduled time. If your Page has an Instagram professional account linked, the same approved content publishes there too. Read the comments on your posts, your Page's Messenger conversations and your Instagram direct messages so they appear in your Inbox with a drafted reply; a reply is sent only when you press send. Read your Page and Instagram post insights so Evolamate can report what worked. On the Growth and Agency plans, which include advertising, read your ad account and, when you approve a proposal, create campaigns paused inside your own Ads Manager. We do not post anything without your approval on that specific item (unless you have enabled Autopilot), and we do not read your personal Facebook profile or friends list.
Threads
Publish approved posts to your Threads profile, read replies to them into your Inbox, and read post insights. Threads connects through your own free Threads app (created in the Meta developer dashboard, guided step by step), so the connection is yours and can be revoked from your own dashboard at any time. Prefer not to connect? Threads posts are prepared as ready-to-post packs.
Built, and switching on as soon as Meta approves Evolamate's WhatsApp access; Meta is reviewing it now. You connect through Meta's own Embedded Signup, which grants two permissions: whatsapp_business_management (to manage the connected number and submit your message templates to Meta) and whatsapp_business_messaging (to receive and send messages on that number). Evolamate then reads the messages and contacts of the number you connect, and nothing else. If you keep the number on the WhatsApp Business app, it keeps working on your phone and up to six months of earlier chats are brought in; you can use a new number instead. By default, on every plan, a reply is sent only when you press send. On Growth and Agency you can switch on automatic replies for the topics you choose; complaints, urgent messages and anything the assistant is unsure of always wait for you. Meta charges its own WhatsApp message fees to your card; Evolamate adds nothing on top. Disconnecting stops Evolamate reading and replying straight away and cancels pending follow-ups; your phone keeps working as normal.
Publish approved content and images to your own LinkedIn profile, as you. Publishing to a Company Page you administer arrives when LinkedIn completes its review of Evolamate's Community Management access; we will tell you when it is available. The connection lasts about 60 days and renews with one click; Evolamate reminds you before it is due.
Google Business Profile
Today Google Business posts are prepared for you: Evolamate writes and designs them, and you post them to your listing in one tap from the Planner. Google is reviewing Evolamate's Business Profile API access; once it is approved, approved posts publish to your listing automatically, with nothing to set up again.
YouTube and TikTok
Both take video only; image posts never go to these channels. YouTube is live: connect your channel with Google sign-in (Evolamate's YouTube access is verified by Google) and films from the Video Studio publish as Shorts with the title, description and privacy you set before posting. We read only your channel's name and ID, refreshed daily. TikTok is live too: Evolamate's app is approved by TikTok, so you log in with TikTok and films post straight to your account with the audience, interaction and disclosure settings you choose before posting.
Medium, Reddit and channels on our roadmap
We prepare native posts and images for Medium and Reddit; you publish them yourself. X is on our roadmap and is not connected today.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting an account from Channels stops all future publishing to it and deletes the stored access token. Content already published stays on the platform; only you can remove it there, because it's on your own property.
What remains governed by the platform, not by us
Once your content reaches Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Google, it's subject to that platform's own terms of service, community standards, and advertising and content policies. Us publishing something you approved doesn't make it compliant with the destination platform's own rules; that responsibility is yours, the same as if you had posted it yourself.
When a platform changes its own rules
Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and any other connected platform can change their own rules, access levels, or availability without notice to us. If that stops us publishing to a platform, we will tell you.
Uncertain outcomes, reported honestly
If a platform doesn't confirm whether your post succeeded, we tell you the outcome is uncertain rather than guess, and we never retry a post whose outcome is uncertain, so you are never double-posted. You may need to check the platform directly.
