Evola ("we", "us") provides AI-generated social media content for Australian small businesses. This is an early-stage, pilot-stage product — please read this policy with that in mind, and contact us with any questions before signing up.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (password is stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see it in plain text).
• Business details you provide: business name, website URL, Google Business Profile URL, suburb, and state.
• Publicly available text from your business website, fetched to ground the AI research we generate about your business.
• AI-generated content we create on your behalf: research summaries, post captions, and images.

How we use it

Solely to generate and store the business research and content drafts you request inside the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers we run on: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Microsoft Azure (AI content and image generation). Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not currently publish anything to Google or Meta on your behalf — that requires your separate authorization and isn't built yet.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Email us to request a copy of your data or to have your account and all associated data deleted.
