Terms of Service

Last updated 7 July 2026.

Evola is an early-stage, pilot-stage product. By using it, you agree to the terms below. If anything here doesn't work for your business, get in touch before signing up.

What the service does

Evola researches your business and generates draft social media content (text and images) for you to review. Every draft requires your approval before it means anything — nothing is published automatically. Approved posts currently need to be copied and posted by you; automated publishing to Google Business Profile and Meta platforms is planned but not yet available, pending those platforms' own approval processes.

AI-generated content

Content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before posting it anywhere — for factual accuracy, for compliance with any rules that apply to your industry, and for anything else that matters to your business. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, compliant, or fit for any particular purpose.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.

Service availability

This product is in active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the service may have downtime or bugs. We'll do our best to communicate material changes to pilot users directly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Evola is not liable for any loss arising from your use of generated content or the service more broadly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
