What exactly is a concept?+
A concept is one complete marketing idea: the theme, headline, supporting copy, call to action, a master creative, and captions adapted to each of your connected channels. One idea equals one concept, no matter how many channels it publishes to.
Am I charged when the AI gets it wrong?+
No. You are only charged quota when you approve a concept. Regenerations and internal quality retries are on us.
Do I need to connect all my channels?+
No. Connect what you use. Evolamate adapts each approved concept to whatever channels you have connected at the time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial-period refunds except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
What happens to unused concepts?+
Plan concepts reset each billing month. Top-up concepts never expire while your subscription is active.
