How do credits work?+
One credit balance pays for everything Evolamate does for you: posts, new pictures, your own uploads, comment, DM and WhatsApp replies, Ask Evolamate answers, website scans, competitor checks, ads help and videos. A credit is worth about 1.4 cents. Your plan adds credits every month (3,500 on Starter, 7,000 on Growth). You're charged when the work is done, so a post is charged when it's created. Approving, scheduling and publishing are free.
What happens when my credits run out?+
Creating new posts, pictures and videos pauses, but your customer conversations keep being answered: replies to comments, messages and WhatsApp chats keep being drafted from a small overdraft, so your customers are never left unanswered. You're told straight away, with a one-tap top-up of 3,500 credits for A$49. The overdraft comes out of your next top-up or next month's credits.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits arrive every billing month and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire, and you can spend them while you're on a paid plan. Your plan's credits are used first, then your top-ups.
How do videos work?+
Videos spend the same credits as everything else, with no separate packs. A filmed video scene (about 8 seconds) is 350 credits, so a three-scene film is 1,050, and a short video from a post is 350. An animated promo film is 700 credits whatever its length. If a video fails on our side, the credits come straight back.
What if something goes wrong?+
If something fails on our side, like a post that doesn't finish or a video that doesn't render, the credits come back automatically. Asking for a new picture is new work, so it spends credits like the first one (20 for a picture).
What are Manual, Assisted and Autopilot?+
Manual (every plan): you press Generate, approve and schedule. Assisted (Growth and Agency): Evolamate prepares posts on your cadence and you approve. Autopilot (Growth and Agency): Evolamate generates, approves and schedules routine posts under your rules, and you can step in any time. Every post spends the same credits whichever mode made it.
What does a post include?+
A post is one complete marketing idea: the headline, the words, a call to action, a designed picture in your brand, and a caption written for each of your connected channels. It's 50 credits however many channels it goes to.
Do I need to connect all my channels?+
No. Connect what you use. Evolamate adapts each post to whatever channels you have connected at the time, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial-period refunds except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
